Χάρη στη βελτιστοποιημένη συγκόλληση, η πλακέτα διπλού χαλκού PCB εγγυάται υψηλότερη αντίσταση στη μηχανική καταπόνηση έως και 27 Newton αντί για 5/7 Newton για τις τυπικές ταινίες LED. Αυτό επιτρέπει τη δυνατότητα περιστροφής ή κάμψης της ταινίας HL-LED χωρίς να καταστρέφετε .
